Please note that due to Coronavirus we only have 1 person (the owner) packaging and shipping out orders once a week. As a result your order shipment will be delayed. If you'd like an estimate on when your order will be shipped out please feel free to email us before placing your order and we'll give you a rough timeframe. Standard Shipping - 3-6 business days in transit

Expedited - 2 business days in transit

Priority - 1 business day in transit

Summer / Warm Weather Deliveries 

Soy candles will melt if they're left on a hot unshaded porch, in a mailbox during 95 degree heat, etc. We recommend leaving a note for your delivery guy to leave the package with a neighbor who you know will be home. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please note that we can not be held responsible for your package once the carrier has marked it as "delivered". Please keep this in mind if you live in an area with porch pirates. 

If a package arrives damaged please contact us within 2 business days so that we can issue a refund to you. We will require proof of damage so please include a photo of the damaged candle with your message.
